The only requirement is that you should be a business, B&L Fulfilment does not take customer or end user account applications.

No! Absolutely not, order what you want, when you want it.

We require only basic contact details, Name, address, email, phone. If you are a heavy user and require a credit account, then we do require additional information as you would expect.

No! Never.  B&L Fulfilment are not that type of business, all our customer relationships are private & confidential.

No. We do send out information emails regarding new products, price reductions etc., but we view the information we send as good communication and one which many customers would prefer to receive. You can always opt into, or out of, our communications by going into your account or by sending us a message.

Yes, of course. Just tell us if you wish to close your account.

No! All our orders are shipped in packaging approved by you, there are no delivery notes included in the packaging, or other identifying marks unless requested by yourself.

Yes! We can ship product direct to your distribution warehouses or stores, please contact us to learn more.

We aim to match colours as closely as possible. We have been doing this 20 years now and we are probably the best in the business at this, (please note, we do not guarantee to match Pantone colours, but we can certainly get very close to them).

We typically take JPEG files if the artwork is different each time, or we can work with Photoshop files. Artwork should be created using RGB Colours space in the first instance. If using CMYK and converting to RGB there may be some testing and colour matching to do.

Yes, we have a range of various mock-ups for our products you will find the link to these on the artwork document we sent you upon sign up.

Yes you have to pay VAT (or sales tax) @20% if delivered in the UK or EU, however, if you are ordering product shipped out of the Euro Zone no sales tax is applicable.

In the unlikely event of a product being received in a less than satisfactory condition we will replace the order in the first instance, then wait for the customer return.

From receipt of the order to shipping we work to 48hrs (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

As a rule of thumb, the production time is the same because we obviously scale up staff in production, but if need be we would work to 72hrs (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Our production area is fast and efficient, if you need to change any details on an order you should do so straight away by phoning us on +44 (0)1709 296 366.

Once an order is produced and shipped we cannot recall it and a new order should be submitted to us in the usual way. We cannot accept any responsibility for order submission errors.

From receipt of the order to shipping we work to 48 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends).

We will ship a replacement straight away, but occasionally we may require the item back to review or inspect, if so the item should be sent to:

Yes. We have many customers located around the world that order product from us which we then ship to their customers. You can order from us from any location.

We have no control over what charges individual countries have for incoming products, as such the customer is responsible for any customs or import duty charges incurred.

From time to time things can go wrong. Initially we will replace the item, but if this happens on a regular basis to certain areas, or with certain customers then we will insist that tracked shipping be paid for to resolve the problem.

Standard European shipping is untracked and normally takes 2-5 working days.

Every Additional Shipment £1.50
The above price is for parcels weighing up to 1kg. A phone case is approximately 100g, so you can ship 1 phone case to 1 address in the EU for £4.99, or you could ship up to 9 phone cases to the same address (allowing 100 grams for packaging).

Standard USA & ROW shipping is untracked and normally takes 5-7 working days.
Single USA & ROW Shipment £5.99

Yes! We don’t hold any personal data beyond your registration details, your customer and order details. We do not sell any data or misuse it. We may communicate with you regarding new products and price deals from time to time. You can opt in or out of this if you wish at any time.

Yes, it is with us. We deal with many licenced images, your artwork is only every used to produce orders for your customers.

No! Never. Your artwork is used only for our printing purposes and we never sell it on or otherwise reproduce it outside of the normal production process.

We take complaints very seriously. If you wish to complain about any part of our service, please call us direct on +44 (0)1709 296 366 and ask to speak to a Director regarding a complaint, and you will be directed straight to a Company Director to discuss where things have gone wrong, and how we can put it right.
